PSD Team Pre-Deployment Training
Deployment training for operational companies, we supply the area, the support and the assistance to give you the edge required to fulfil your future and current contracts. In a simulated High Risk environment, our staff will test your teams on operational duties, if you want to "run your own" that's no problem either. Just tell us when you need us, we can provide 24hr and 48hr packages, cost effective with full support, inclusive of food and accommodation.

Candidate Recruitment/Assessment
PSD Training can offer pre deployment assessment and recruiting facilities. Rather than booking hotel suites and looking through hundreds of CV's and interviewing hundreds of potential employees, PSD Training can facilitate bespoke or fully development recruiting days for you.With our partners, our centrally located facilities can be opened up for all operational companies to assess and recruit employees. Full accommodation, meals, reception and testing can be completed out of public view.

PSD Training can offer professional consultancy services for any party requiring onsite/pre filming expertise. We deal with these types of enquiries on a regular basis and have the experienced staff to assist companies with projects on a full/part basis.

As an experienced Infantry Soldier (Pte - WO2) I was delighted to find a training provider that identified & improved my "transferable" skills! Every module had sound theory teaching, backed up by practice & testing to a standard unique to the venue! Where else could you administer emergency first aid to gunshot & Machete victims whilst on a training course? The final exercise was physically & mentally challenging with a finale that was unexpected by everyone>> Including the exercise director..... Great course, great firm!
