Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Training

City & Guilds 7303
The purpose of this City and Guilds 7303 scheme is to provide an introduction for those who wish to train or teach. It is a qualification that will equip a wide range of trainers, facilitators and teachers to support learners. The City and Guilds 7303 Award is suitable for those who work, or want to work, as:

• Training personnel in commerce, industry, public sector or HM Forces

• Part time teachers in further and adult education provided they are qualified in the subject they intend to teach by virtue of holding an appropriate professional qualification or employed in a training/teaching role. The decision as to what constitutes an appropriate qualification is at the discretion of the training provider.

City and Guilds 1884 Level 2 Certificate in Conflict Management
Linked to the knowledge and understanding requirements of the SIA (Security Industry Authority) specification for Security Guarding and the City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services. The qualification also maps to the essential knowledge and understanding of units within the Managing Work Place Violence National Occupation Standards (ENTO). City and Guilds 1884 Award is suitable for those who work, or want to work, as:

• Security Guards and and Public Area Personnel

• Customer Service Positions

• Bailiffs

• Door Supervisors

• Event and Entertainment Personnel

City and Guilds 1886 Level 3 Certificate in Conflict Management Training
Linked to the knowledge and understanding requirements of the SIA (Security Industry Authority) specification for Security Guarding and the City & Guilds Level 2 NVQ in Providing Security Services.
