PSD Training Group - Live Firearms training

The following are "live fire" listed courses, included in each course are live firearms lessons, with range time, included in the price is all ammunition, weapons, range safety required to complete the course.

PSD Operator "Live Fire Course
The PSD Operator "Live Fire" course is a five day fully residential course using a variety of modern semi-automatic weapons including Sig P226, HK USP Pistols, AR15 M4 & HK G3 assault rifles.

Close Protection Officer/Bodyguard Course
A 4 week intensive full time course, aimed at anyone who is wishing to work in the Close Protection industry. The aim of this intensive ASLET Approved and SIA compliant Close Protection Course is to provide an informative, no nonsense, hands-on course for serious participants in the close protection industry. Included in the comprehensive package is Live Firearms & Medical/Trauma training in South Africa, with one of the highest crime rates in the world, it's probably the best place to learn. Fees include return flights from the UK, all accommodation and meals.

UK MOD Resettlement Course
We offer our courses to retiring British service personnel, our resettlement courses are fully residential. The PSD Training UK MOD Modular Resettlement Course is currently £4500 - Included in the comprehensive package is Live Firearms & Medical/Trauma training in South Africa, with one of the highest crime rates in the world, it's probably the best place to learn. Fees include return flights from the UK, all accommodation and meals.

Weapons Familiarisation and Function Course
This two day course offers an extended and more exclusive opportunity than the basic Weapons Awareness Course, giving members of the police and Private Security Companies access to the latest information and intelligence on firearms and edged weapons (including) those adapted and concealed) within unique facilities at Bisley Camp and the range in Helsinki, Finland.

I would rate the overall three weeks a nine out of ten. I would suggest it to anyone looking to learn about or get employed into PSD work in a high risk setting. Some people have gotten so much out of it and enjoyed it so much, they've come back and done it again. There are 3-4 of us that are considering taking their CP course and SIA Certification. Another course I did  and it got me the job I'm doing now PSD Iraq..... And have been doing for over 2 years now... Cheers AB.
