Licensing Close Protection Officer APL + City 7 Guilds SIA Exam + HSE First Aid Course

A week, Monday -
Friday, full time course to license you for Close Protection duties in the
UK. Based at the National Security College
facility in the UK, an intensive week of practical exercises, backed up
by theory and classroom work to prepare you for the SIA CP Exam. Together
with the HSE First Aid course + exam.
Accreditation and Reports
The course is a pass/fail course, which includes the SIA Examination and HSE
First Aid Exam, standards are high, all graduating
students receive a detailed report on their performance, to use when
applying for work, all successful students will be forwarded to our
strategic partners for interviews.
Food & Accommodation
Food & accommodation is available, breakfast, lunch and dinner at
competitive pricing, together with onsite residents only private bar,
laundry, Sat TV, Wireless Internet, all for £20 per person, per night.
Dress
Casual attire is recommended for all outdoor and classroom instruction.
sturdy footwear and adverse weather clothing recommended. Students will
require a formal suit, with black shoes, collared shirts and tie for
operational lessons.
Equipment
PSD Training will issue, all equipment required for the
duration of the course. A recommended kit list will be made available to you
on booking your course.
Eligibility
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Anyone over the age of 18, able to communicate, verbally and in written
English and be physically fit is eligible to attend the course, as long as
they have been active in a Close Protection role for the past 2 years and
may not have completed a CP course. Please be
aware we cannot guarantee employment, standards are high and will remain as
such.

Operational Companies. These companies are our strategic connections, all
students who pass the physical and written examinations are considered and
recommended to these companies. It is your own initiative and abilities that
win you the position. We make NO GUARANTEES you will receive a job, we
cannot, no-one should. Our strategic connections look to our course to
provide them with operators, able to work, with minimum leadership sometimes in
hostile, extreme environments.
Important Note
We train NO MORE than 10 people on any course - we believe in the personal
touch, each student is important to us, their life and the lives of their
clients and team mates are our No# 1 priority. You will need to apply for
your SIA Close Protection license prior or post course. The cost of this
license is not included in the course.

Overall,
the course is the best spent money that I have ever invested, the
instructors displayed a great understanding of the subjects, which in turn
gives me confidence that I will be able to become an effective Operator

do his staff.. If you're thinking about doing one of his courses, do it!!! I
